Karachi: As of Friday (12:00) the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus has reached 50,694 while 1,067 died in the country.
After emergence of new cases, Sindh overtook Punjab with 19,924 confirmed infections.
Over 13,000 patients have recovered so far in the country while 1,067 have lost their lives.
Given below is the province-wide breakup of confirmed cases across country:
• Sindh: 19,924
• Punjab: 18,455
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 7,155
• Balochistan: 3,074
• Islamabad Capital Territory: 1,326
• Gilgit-Baltistan: 602
• AJK: 158
