13 killed, 52 injured in Baghdad blast

BAGHDAD: As many as 13 people were killed while 52 were injured when a car bomb explodes at a popular auto dealership in eastern Baghdad.

The Habibiya car dealership, widely-known for buying and selling used vehicles, has been targeted multiple times in the past.

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the blast.

Hospital officials corroborated the casualties.

Sadr City has been the target of several bomb attacks this year claimed by IS who consider Shia to be heretics.
