ALEPPO, Syria: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based war monitor, said on Monday 10 buses had left the besieged Shi’ite Muslim villages of al-Foua and Kefraya near Idlib carrying evacuees through opposition-held territory towards Aleppo.
The evacuation of wounded and other civilians from the villages is a condition for the evacuation of people in the besieged opposition zone of Aleppo.
