20فروری دوپہرکاوقت تھا، باپ پھرسے حسان کی تلاش میں نکل کھڑاہوا، ابھی دہلیزسے باہرقدم رکھا ہی تھا کہ زبان پریہ الفاظ جاری ہوئے ’’یاخدا!حسان کو ڈھونڈتے ہوئے آنکھیں پتھراگئیں،کندھے ڈھلک گئے ، جوتیاں گھس گئیں، پاؤں میں چھالے پڑچکے ، دن کوچین اورراتوں کوسکون نصیب نہیں، اسے ڈھونڈتے ہوئے خودسے بیگانے ہوچلے، اتنے دنوں سے خوارہیں مگرحسان ہے کہ لاپتہ، اب بہت تھک چکاہوں، جوبھی معاملہ ہے وہ سامنے لے آ‘‘۔اس کامفہوم کچھ یوں ہے کہ ہمیں حسان زندہ یامردہ قبول ہے ۔شایدیہ قبولیت کی گھڑی تھی، دعاکادوسراحصہ شرف قبولیت پاگیا۔ابھی وہ چندقدم ہی چلاہوگاکہ حسان مل گیا، ہاں یہ سچ ہے کہ مفلوج زدہ قانون کے باوجودبھی حسان مل گیالیکن اس کی سانسیں گم تھیں ، بے نورآنکھیں کھلنے سے قاصرتھیں ، چہرہ مسخ شدہ تاریک شبِ غم کاتازیانہ تھا،ہونٹ پھٹے ہوئے ،پہلے چہرے سے نظریں ہٹتی نہ تھیں ، اب چہرہ دیکھانہیں جاتا، اس کابرہنہ جسم انسانیت کے بے لباس ہونے کی دلیل تھا،اس کاگندے جوہڑمیں تیرتاجسم معاشرے کے انسان نمادرندوں کی غلاظت کامنہ بولتاثبوت تھا۔
گھرمیں پہلے سے کہرام بپاتھااب تولاش نے صفِ ماتم بچھادی۔ ماں پہلے توصبروامیدکادامن تھامے بیٹھی تھی لیکن اب سارے ہی بند ٹوٹ گئے ، باپ کی آنکھوں سے بھی آنسوچھلک پڑے ۔ہرآنکھ کواشکبارپایاسوائے زمین وآسمان کے، نہ توآسمان رویااورنہ ہی زمین پھٹی ، اس ظلم عظیم پرہرچیزاپنے اپنے مدارمیں اسی طرح محوگردش تھی جس طرح اسے حکم ہے ۔یہ توپتاچلاکہ قیامت سے پہلے بھی کئی قیامتیں بپاہوتی ہیں مگرسب کچھ اپنی جگہ جامدہوتاہے سوائے ان کے جن پرقیامت ڈھائی جاتی ہے۔لوگ آئے ، تماشالگا، جنازہ اٹھا، قبرکھلی اورحسان اپنے ساتھ انصاف لئے دفن ہوا۔انا للہ واناالیہ راجعون
کوئی توپوچھے انہیں جن کی زباں اب ان کاساتھ نہیں دیتی،کوئی توسمجھے دکھ ان کاجن پردکھوں کے پہاڑٹوٹ پڑے ، کوئی توحوصلہ دے انہیں جن کی سانسیں اکھڑی اکھڑی سی بے ربط ہیں ۔کیاحسان کی جان زینب کی جان کے برابرنہ تھی،کیااس کاشمارانسانوں میں نہ ہوتاتھا، کیااس کے ساتھ ظلم نہیں ہوا، کیایہ ماں باپ کا جگر پارہ نہ تھا؟اگریہ سب کچھ تھاتوپھریہ وحشت ناک خاموشی کیوں ؟ آخریہ بے حسی کاعالم کیوں؟کیااس کے والدین انصاف نہیں چاہتے؟ کیاتمہارے گھروں میں معصوم بچے نہیں ؟کیاتم بھی یہی خواہش رکھتے ہوکہ تمہاری اولادبھی یونہی کسی کوڑے کے ڈھیریاپھرگندے چھپڑسے برآمدہو؟کیاپھرسے اس دن کے منتظرہوکہ کہیں سے کوئی دلدوز خبر آئے، پھرسے وہی کھیل کھیلاجائے اورتم پھٹی پھٹی سی نگاہیں لئے یہ اندازہ لگانے سے قاصررہوکہ آخریہ تماشاہواکیوں؟ہرچیزکی ایک حدہوتی ہے مگریہاں توکسی حدکاتصورہی نہیں۔
ماں باپ بھی کس قدرمجبوروبے بس ہیں ، حرف شکایت زباں پرلائیں توکیونکرجب شکایت سننے والاہی کوئی نہیں ، چیخیں بھی حلق سے نکلنے سے پہلے دم توڑدیتی ہیں ، دردکامداواہوتوکیسے ؟جب زخم پہ مرہم رکھنے والاہی کوئی نہیں، انصاف کاتقاضاہوتوکیوں ؟جب انصاف کے لیے سوسال بھی کم اوردربدرکی ٹھوکریں مقدر ٹھہریں، جب مزیدکچھ کھونے کاخدشہ ہوتوپھرمزیدکچھ مانگانہیں جاتا۔ماں باپ اب بھی وہیں کھڑے ہیں جہاں پہلے تھے ،پہلے حسان نہیں ملتاتھااب انصاف ناپیدہے۔یہ سچ ہے کہ قوم سورہی ہے ، اسے نہیں معلوم کہ کس کاڈراؤناخواب کب حقیقت کاروپ دھارے کسی کونگل گیا، وہ توبس سورہی ہے ، سال میں دوایک بارہڑبڑاکراٹھتی ہے ، دھرنادیتی ہے ، احتجاج کرتی ہے ، تماشالگاتی ہے ، انصاف مانگتی مانگتی اونگنے لگتی ہے اورپھروہی نیندکی وادی، خواب خرگوش کے مزے ، لمباسناٹا، قوم پرموت کاساسکوت طاری ہے ۔اگرتم لُٹے ہو تواپنے گھرلُٹے ہو، اجڑے ہوتواپنے گھراجڑے ہو، کسی کوکسی سے کیا؟ کوئی کسی کے لئے کچھ کرے توکیوں؟بس تم قوم کی نیندمیں خلل نہ ڈالو، کہیں ایسانہ ہوکہ لینے کے دینے پڑجائیں۔حکمرانوں اورمحافظوں پر قلم اٹھانابے معنی ،اس لئے کہ وہ مرفوع القلم ہیں ۔
اے نجم خان!کیاتجھے یہ تلخ حقیقت معلوم ہے کہ حکمرانوں کو تیری آہ وبکاسے کوئی غرض نہیں ، ہاں اگرغرض ہے توصرف تیرے ووٹوں سے ، انہیں تیری جان ومال اوراولادسے کہیں زیادہ اپنے اقتدارسے محبت ہے ، وہ تیرے درپہ دستک دیں گے تو ووٹوں کے لئے ، اس کے بدلے میں تم ان کے دروازوں اورایوانوں کوپیٹتے رہ جاؤ،وہ کانوں میں روئی ٹھونسیں انصاف کی دھجیاں اڑاتے رہیں گے ۔
تمہیں انصاف کبھی نہیں ملے گا،جانتے ہوکیوں ؟نہیں جانتے ،چلوآج میں تمہیں یہ رازبھی بتاہی دیتاہوں۔تمہارے پاس تین چیزیں ناپیدہیں،ایک توتم کسی ارباب اقتدارکے عزیزنہیں ، دوسراتم سے کسی کامفادوابستہ نہیں اورتیسری چیزسب سے اہم تمہاری جیب خالی ہے ۔اگرتم ان میں سے کوئی بھی چیزلے آئے تویقین کرلوساری دنیاتمہارے قدم سے قدم اورکندھے سے کندھاملائے کہے گی ’’حسان صرف تمہارانہیں ہمارابھی بیٹاتھا‘‘۔بس یہی تین چیزیں کافی ہونگی لوگوں کوجگانے اورانصاف کاکھوج لگانے کے لئے ۔ اس کے علاوہ اگرانصاف تلاش کروگے تووہ صرف اس عدالت میں ملے گاجوعدالت قیامت کے روزحکمرانوں کے حکمران کی ہوگی ، اس کے علاوہ انصاف ندارد۔یہ باتیں مایوسا نہ نہیں بلکہ حقیقت پسندانہ ہیں ، اگرچہ کڑوی ہیں مگربدبوداراوربدذائقہ دواسے کہیں مؤثر ، بس آزمائش شرط ہے ۔وہ اشعارجودردکی صورت میں واردہوئے ، جانتاہوں کہ میزان پرپورانہیں اترتے لیکن یہ بھی سچ ہے کہ دردکاکوئی میزان نہیں ہوتا:
انسانیت مفقود ہے انساں لٹ چکا
زمیں روتی ہے آسماں لٹ چکا
پھول نوچے گئے پتیاں بکھر گئیں
مالی اجڑے اور گلستاں لٹ چکا
یہاں تولٹے ہیں کئی ایک
کیا ہوا جو نجم خاں لٹ چکا
